Fast progression and short player life, or Slow progression and long player life?

Hi -I agree -faster progression for juniors and slower for seniors as a general rule. Maybe more sophistication could be introduced at a later date: For example, the core skills of a junior related to their position could be fast such as passing for IM, but other less core skills for each position slower, such as ball steal in this case. As a senior, maybe core skills then slower but less core skills which improve with experience could be a bit faster? Dunno. Also, different position peak at different times in the real world which may effect the speed of progression at different stages in a players career. For example, a CF will peak in mid twenties, in terms of all attributes, dipping down at 30, a LDF peaks at 31, a IM late twenties. I dunno if its worth it but GFs are a bit lame. Only separate GF training and GF coach option with GF owns attributes could spice this up. I sure that you will tweak and develop the sophistication of the progression and training system over the months and prob years to make it more realistic. May take that long for sure. I hope there will be a long term plan because I'm sure players would like this and understand it would take a long of time to develop ans support you. Cheers |

Are you kidding? All I see is a bunch of users realizing that they can have a substantial effect on the direction of the game. A few gripes here and there along the way are just fine by me. Ask your selves a few questions and you will have this answer 1. At this rate of training, will the guys from division 5-6-7 ever ever catch up with Div 3 ? 2. When you talk of realism, do you think the shortening of the match time to 30 minutes is correct ? should it be increased to 120 minutes which is usual time to complete a match ? 3. Are there over 1 lakh club team in real ? 4. The season which finishes in 90 days is real ? 5. Have rate of managers abandoning the game in % increased in new simulator ? 6. A players career usually last 10-20 years in real, can we bear that here ? 7. Have you seen any team playing 5 -7 days in a week? I understand if you play professional every day without any rest then you can not prolong the career, thats what is happening here. I believe the new sim should have been on the steroids and should train even faster then last season. They we will have close games. The teams with avg in thirties and early forties are no excitement to play. and i think so to them, playing players in 50s and 60s avg is no meaning to play. nobody likes to play when loss is certain. no one will wait for a year. loose more than 50% of their games to train and then win after 3-4 seasons(Start at 30/35+ train in a season 7*3 seasons) common guys we are playing a game. unless everything is "fast" here why will come here. Thats why i find more teams where managers logged in just once. they were shattered with the state of there team and the difference in leader and them. Seems like Pacific Ocean. dont you think so ? |

I suppose that Jazzy meant there could be a specific coach for GKs with special trainings for this position. That idea has already been suggested in the Spanish server. Was it Jazzy? Edited by Balearik 12-10-2011 00:21 |
