what do you mean? Your players are training at pretty high levels, the trainings you did (Running and Penalty Shots, I'm guessing?) aren't super-high training, except for RF/LF, but they were already at very high average. Look at your junior CF, his leadership improved 1.6!

I will try other trainings as well. Maybe I will get higher results. I'm not totally convinced yet, but hopefully it's fixed now.

It would be nice to have a "masterplan" for training, which points out the exact benefits of every training for every position. So far I'm still in the phase of "try and error". So don't take my complaint too serious at this point.

I saw
.444 on a defenseman,
.508 on a back,
.454 on a GK
.246 on a RF
.344 on a CF
.344 on an RM
.226 on a LW

This was checking only the 10 teams I am currently a fan of.

That's pretty significant rates of training. I think it might even be faster than last season for a CF or RM.

? mine didn't improve more than 0.058....

check your training type, coach % and figure player progression and motivation.... then his average needs to be lower to get higher training numbers... like below 40 for highest numbers.

woohoo? progression has gone up from ~1/10 of last season to 1/3. So much for parity before the current crop of 60+ players get red arrow disease in seven seasons, so ~2 yrs. 12/10/2011 08:25

Rookie
Training is better , but too low for mixed training to ever be effective.

So I guess I just train one third of my squad and let the others stagnate.

I get no satisfaction from that.
