tl;dr long story short, if you see something you suspect is fishy, bomb it. no penalty for bombing transactions ever. make us fiscals work, it will keep everyone happy if cheating is reduced. |

You're just explaining junior farming, which everyone should be doing...the problem illex is referring to is when a manage fools a new manager into selling a great player cheaply and IMMEDIATELY turns around and sells for a huge profit. That's a very different situation. |
