No pity. I merely like to state and keep an open mind. Too many times people on this forum @ or not resort to foolishness therby only adding one sided arguments. Im merely saying , hey it sucks being the person to deal with the masses time to time. Lets have a conversation of mutal disagreement not heated non sense and kindergarden tone. If you are taking intelligence for ignorance thats on you. Km just showing compassion for the people who enforce the rules. Weather or not i disagree with said rules is differnt. This conversation should exist on levels not one which is " hey ur a bad guy" or hey shut up leave him alone." playground arguments. | 16/10/2012 17:48 |

@lucifercave said: Only those transactions that are found irregular will be fined. Example a 75 prog mid selling for 50m. It is common sense that mids of that progression dont go beyond 5m. In this case the excess amount will be taken away. How will i know how much is common sense and fair...?? there is no way this can be estimated right now using the similar trans button. Also Prog is not visible so if i see a mid go for as high as 5 - 10 mil an i to assume that he is a high prog mid. This is also just going to force more people to buy GBs i guess. Not something that will help the game. |

When you pay over market, isn't it the seller that is fined anyway? Because the buyer already was punished for paying too much...well...that's how it used to work. (fiscals to confirm here) I don't know why anyone would intentionally want to go over market price by a lot if not to help his friend. Everyone wants best deals Anyway all the rule states is don't cheat, if your intentions are good, chances are, you won't get fined. Edited by @patient 16-10-2012 22:14 |

Speaking as a former @, one of the most difficult parts of the job is keeping transfers fair. It is not something shared with you because you are not cheating. The difference between edge cases - which are not going to be punished most of the time - and clear cheating is blatant. There are managers who make billions through unethical sales and hostiles that could not be punished under the old rules. These managers will quickly acquire a squad that makes them easily win against other managers who play fair. In other words, these rules look scary on paper but keep in mind that the same rational and competent fiscals who have been keeping order thus far will be implementing them. Also, no punishments are absolute except remove team and reset team, so if you feel you are innocent, you can appeal and in cases where a mistake is made, they are reversed. None of these changes are anywhere near to as destructive to the game's working as the disastrous sim changes from the past 10 months, let's keep some perspective. |

I think one of the points that people are making, in a roundabout way, is this. There are about 10 Managers in this game, who if you see bidding on a Junior, chances are this junior is worth a lot of money. I won't mention any names, but I might see this manager bid, and think: Wow, this player must be high prog! And thus, a bidding war shall begin over a 70 prog player. However, with regards to Cello's point, there is this to consider: Manager (We'll call him Zeus) decides to message Manager Noob. Zeus: Sell this 20/14 CF. He's rubbish, but I will buy, and help you make some money! Noob: Wow, you're a nice guy, I'll put on auction! Zeus: jejejeje - I'll bid 2 million for him at the last minute. Zeus then Forecasts the player, and it will show 91 Progression and 94 Forecast. He then re-auctions, advertises, and sells for 160 Million. This happens all the time, has happened 100 times over since the new rule changes, and will continue to happen. As such, I, and many others, find these new rules to be self defeating. |

It seems to me, given the increased importance on forecast and progression, the 8,000 experience to see forecast rule should be modified, especially considering how difficult it can be for some division 6 managers to earn experience against system bots. With that, if a new user were approached by someone to buy a player, they could look at FC and progression and might (and I emphasize might) realize that they could sell for more. | 17/10/2012 01:25 |

Cheers, I'll wait for a fiscal to confirm this. And then once there is an official 'cheat term' for it.. e.g. 419 Scam. I will bomb away |
