To be more clear in my first seasons here in SM i trained GKs with defense 50/50 in juniors.

They were all high progression so i wanted to keep them all plus i was noob then.

So after few seasons of training i end up with fail GKs and fail defenders all ruined,my friend from PL was doing only defenders 7/7 days and he got very good players and was already miles ahead of me.

He got 85+avg defenders and i got ~70 avg GKs and defenders.

Its the only way for great team long term,i lost like 3 seasons like that and tons of cash.
