Really I do enjoy this tread, the reason being that if you are honest, most managers would simply ignore your loan request, hence people do lie. I requested loans from more than 20 managers and they are refused because I simply told the truth (I train defenders 5times and Midfielder twice with a 98% coach), until I got lucky with two managers who probably respected my TRUTH. I do believe if I had said I train defenders 7 times a week, I would get my loans easily. The fact some managers simply want to hear this lies, unbelievable lies, and even still they don't want proof when they hear the lies. They never ask questions such as "aside getting my player, what are your benefits for training just this position for 3 months"?.....What happens to your other players? Would u leave them untrained? Etc....Without asking they loan their players and when they get cheated, they cry like little babies. There is no straightforward solutions, look for realistic truth, avoid bogus and over zealous managers. If you can do that, I guess you would be fine though I would also support the "release button" with a repercussion. |

I train defenders 7 days a week with 99 coach..managers will any day prefer me for defenders no matter how honest u get |

Obviously you read my post with a negative mindset. Did I ever write that managers should prefer me just for being Honest? I think not. My point (hope you read this time around with an open mind since we are not competing here), again my point is that VERIFY BEFORE YOU LOAN a player. I also train my Junior defenders 7 times a week, but for my senior players I train them 5 times a week mostly. If a manager is fine by this, then he loans me his player, if he isn't then he doesn't. When he does loan me his players, he won't have to complain or cry like a baby when am training them 5 times as discussed, he knows am following what I said from the beginning. Now a manager has refused my offer of 5 times a week and loaned his player to somebody who lied that he trains 7 times a week and in the end his player doesn't get 1 day training in weeks. Then he begins to cry when he just believed only in words without any verification That is my line of thought, am not competing with you as to who should a manager loan his player. If your claim is true, then obviously a manager would loan you his player but when it turns out to be a lie, then he would rue trusting just your WORDS. That's my point |

He can cry like baby or woman its his job. I would rather sell that player instant, loan out with 5/7 days is disaster no matter how honest you are. Its same like training player at 60% in reserves 7/7 days, player will be ruined. |

I plus many other managers wont trust you without that. So it doesnt matter how honest one gets since it is possible to technically find out if someone is lying or not. However some managers change the training schedule and that is where the problem begins. |

Its same like training player at 60% in reserves 7/7 days, player will be ruined. I don't know how else I have to say this for you guys to understand my point. We are probably saying the same thing. Whether its a disaster or not its irrelevant here, you can't dictate what a manager wants, it all depends on what suits people. Here we are talking about 1. those managers who lie about their trainings just to get a player and 2. Those managers who don't verify claims. If I tell a manager I train 5 times a week and he accepts, well that is his prerogative, not anyone's, he won't complain when I eventually train 5 times a week but when I say I train 7 times a week and then I regenade, then that becomes a problem. Hence am advising managers to verify before loaning and also to be weary of bogus promises. Let's stick to subject at hand. Whether training twice a week or once a week is equivalent to reserve it is not relevant here and I bet this manager who started this thread won't do so if the renegading manager is training his player 5 times a week. |

Its not so much about loan,if managers dont want to loan you at 5/7 think about your players. Its your team but they will not up their FC trained like that, maybe it will start to drop soon. Lets say you have CDF 90prog94FC,if you train him at 5/7days 3 seasons he will be 94FC again maybe lower. If you train him 7/7 days in 3 seasons he will up his FC to 97,so better get 97avg player fast or ~93avg slow. Mixed training will kill your team potential on long term. |

Well thanks for the advice, for my junior team, yes I train one position. It easier there because you don't care about the balance of the team, but for the senior team (considering am still struggling to balance my team) two days isn't bad to add one point to other areas. Moreover At any point in time for any SM manager, when one CDF PG 90FC92 is training it means another IM PG 90 FC 92 isn't traning. Therefore at any point in time a forecast is dropping anyway. You can't have it both ways. Thanks for your candid advise, its good to learn everyday |

No mixed training for maxed players or you will end up with low avg team after many years here. Get old cheap players for position you dont train, get few old cheap mids and train 7/7 defense. To be more clear in my first seasons here in SM i trained GKs with defense 50/50 in juniors. They were all high progression so i wanted to keep them all plus i was noob then. So after few seasons of training i end up with fail GKs and fail defenders all ruined,my friend from PL was doing only defenders 7/7 days and he got very good players and was already miles ahead of me. He got 85+avg defenders and i got ~70 avg GKs and defenders. Its the only way for great team long term,i lost like 3 seasons like that and tons of cash. |
