Not that i didn't support you guys...
To solve all this strach check the status of the borrower team players.
And before loaned out,let there be an agreement between the two parties

Then the owner shouldn't care about to the player after he has been loaned

Then why loan out the player? Just to help some poor team out?.
95% of managers loan the player to lower div teams so the player can play as many games as possible, which aswell helps out the borrowing team by improving the squad for that season

I think you are missing the point of this topic. Often there is an agreement between the parties. Then the party who gets the player breaks that agreement. We are talking about ways to stop that.

Then if that is the case there should be a way to collect back the player...

The only reason it might not work is:
If the owner club need a player of same position of the player he loaned out he might what to go and collect him back...
what i mean is that may be the owner player as an injury and he need a player to replace him back he might want to go for him.

I think the best way to do loaning is to have a partner team to train with. Let me explain, both players agree to train one another's players every day. Team A trains in defense and Team B trains in forwards. If team A wants to get a couple of his young forwards trained he will loan them to team B in exchange Team B will have team A train his young defenders. This way both teams can get the players they need trained in shorter time.

I have not tried this, although I think this would work as long as you have a trustworthy partner.

to be honest..this could work but part-time..

let me explain: not always both team would like to train the specific type of position..but maybe the other still wants to..

you understand this cannot be sattisfying..so each one might need more managers to lend players to..

i ve done it

That will be ok.

The only reason why it might work out is:
Team A might be using a different formation and will not train some cetain position that Team B need

You're right, you might have to agree to use him in each others formation so that each team gets equal motivation. Or some other way to work around this issue.

If they would agree to do this several seasons in a row, then each team would want to use the other teams player.

After all most teams don't care much about their juniors squad and allowing a worse player to be put in the correct position would not affect him.

Junior squad is just about the most important part of the game. 13/09/2013 16:11
