Have to agree with arsenal here. Ive had loans go bad a couple of times. Most of the time its because some people don't know how to train.

I spent days argueing with one manager who told me he was training my player when i could see he was training random things. Div 6/5 managers may not be very active and dont tend to understand the game well. You learn and move on, it is a part of the game, the interaction between thousands of different managers. Otherwise we could all go play championship manager on our own. The frustration, the highs, the lows are all a part of this game.

If you are fairly active in the game, go join someone like the brotherhood or RFM. They have lots of divisions and loan between each other.

hm...

for me loans are neither an obligation only nor a privilege.

it is a deal. and all parts of the deal have to contribute and honour the deal. Now, if the deal made says 2 trainings per week, then so be it...if it says 4 days a week..

i m talking about an electronic digital SM contract. So no grey areas.

it is a game which consists of many things...if all the things tend to become worst and worst then yes...for some people it may lead, and it should lead to leaving...

let us not forget how many have already left Arsenal...we had 7 divisions almost full..now? 5? has this become out of luck? of course not! something has made them to. and managers sell their accounts..

Grantis I understand that people may not know the nature of the game...

I m willing to put my personal story on the table..

I gave a gk 58/21 fc 96, pr 88 to a 5th division team

many others had applied for the player, he told me that he has an 86 senior coach, and that he plans to train only gk until the end of season. I told him that he could train him 3 or 4 times a week, despite the fact he wanted more..

he trained him great for a couple of weeks until he decided he would not train him at all. as he told me, he accepted a position in the 4rth division and he had to train other positions in order to stay in 4rth. I told him that his players are not so good in order to be able to train them well, because they had very low FCs.(some lower than 65/70)

on the other hand i suggested things he should do in order for his team to become better. I told him about the stadium and the junior team and how he should organize it. I even told him that I have a 36/20 GK (my second one) which had a fc of 98 but had not been trained well so far, and I was eager to give the player to him so that he would have a great keeper himself next year.

He did n t answer..i sent..he told me he cannot...

I told him that the issue is not my problem and that I have already done more than enough!

no training whatsoever...

Thanx for the suggestion of the brotherhoods Grantis.

I m not a dictator..I just dont want to be taken as a fool

I wish the best to all of you

Understand where you are coming from my friend and I remember how frustrating it can be(especially since I could have just reset him and got my player back )

But I still prefer the risk part of a loan, i think everyone has come to see loaning as part of training. It was originally just a mirror of the real football game, nothing more. Tell me manu can pull their players back from championship teams whenever they want and I'll support it. It is us who have changed the meaning of loans to allow for training farms.

On the Q of division 7. It was always empty as was div 6. when I started there was only a div 4. There are more active teams now then 6 seasons ago. Div 6 and in alot of cases 5 is a proving ground to see if people can play a game which could well take 2 years of real life to get anywhere. Div 6 in es is pretty quiet too or it was a few seasons back.

We have sales & acquisitions in the transfers tab.. if v can have a similar loans tab with a list of the players trained and their starting an ending average... it would be a very good indicator of the managers credibility... it will atleast give us a view of the players that the managers has trained b4...

In the real world you do know how good the other manager is by looking at loans.. a similar feature would give us something to look at atleast...
