Having recently started. There are only 3 human ran teams in my division. Fumbled my way through still trying to figure things out. I do have a suggestion, what about a trusted group of users that would get notified of new managers and greet them and give some starting advise. Everyone starts at some stage.I am only less then a year in the game but trying my best.I. never had someone to babysit me.Its up to each to fend for there self and if some ate lost along the way then so be it.Where's the big deal anyway.? Get over it some guys leave...If you want to manage more then one team join br or multi.Why all these angles appear and tell me they will not gain. Move on with tour team and focus on that when you are big then be an saint SM who guides all new comers, until then ? |
