It pains my heart to see so many people signing up and never returning. I could have been so experienced a manager, but I left the game the day I joined. I had to delete my user because I had my team reshuffled. I really regret it, because I see people who joined about the same time with me having close to 80,000 exp points. The awareness of Striker has grown, but new managers don't seem to follow up their teams. So, admins, fiscals and devs, this is a challenge to you, to do something peculiar that will make managers follow up their teams. You could give them a tutorial. Lets stop having something like: "Date joined: 18 June; Last connection: 18 June."

Sounds good but I wonder why people confuse what we have to do as @s. What you say is a thing everyone can do. 12/08/2012 18:47

Changed...

But realize that a lot of people join and create multiple accounts... Which we find...

Or they don't like the first and quit it.

Is there a way we could get a weekly report of new managers somewhere? It would be nice to have a welcoming committee of sorts. To help new managers out. I played the game logging in 1 time per few weeks for the first few months. I was frustrated most of the time because the documentation etc was so bad or confusing. When I finally found a few people who were helpful it made the game so much better that I started to log in daily.

How can I help on board new people? I would be willing to help in this area. The problem is discovery of those new people. Maybe I should help write better FAQ/Documentation, but currently they are not very discoverable so seems like a waste of time. :/

I quite agree with both you and rebsiot, but how about those who have none? When I joined, I saw the team of the manager who led the rankings, and compared it with mine. I had to quit because I thought I could never raise a team like that.

It will be a great chance it that can be wellcome by the @fiscal,but all of them got busy on cheater removal,no welcome note, and this goes wrong because I beg some managers to sign-up today, and after that they mention that this site moderators don't sent them any greetins message,
and about the time you sign-up with your last log-in a think that should only be hide for guess not for the real managers
