There is no strategy, all you ask yourself is "am I training GK's?" If the answer is yes, then you set your schools to produce GK's. You can train 25 GK's (or any other position) if you really want, you're just going to have 10 guys with 25% motivation. I actually would really like your idea if there was a cap on the number of players in a position you had, because then having a ton of GK's in your school wouldn't mean anything. I think you're coming at this from the perspective of someone who wants a totally balanced junior squad, but if you look at all the junior squads of the top teams in the game, you'll see junior teams (and even senior teams) with almost nothing but one specific position type. |

What would be the point of buying GKs from other users if you could just point an excellent Brazil school to produce GKs by itself? Or for that matter, 10 excellent schools... I really don't see the point of this suggestion. You would be changing you schools to balance market swings or you'd get left behind. As soon as you had a team of players you were content to train. Ultimately, the randomness of position production as it is heads that problem off at the post. You just want to get the positions you want first, but I think the system now has been created deliberately to prevent that so I can't ever see this suggestion put in place. And not only that, it ruins the surprise  |

And not only that, it ruins the surprise happy to see im not the only one to get all exited when my scout tell me i ve got a new junior, until i get desapointed like most of the time... but yet, the hope come back when the scout wakes  |
