Can we implement something like this?
right now we can build, upgrade or downgrade a school as par the quality.
what i am saying that users should have a probation to assign a school as par player position.
Like GK, defence, mid field, attack.obviously there would be some added cost to that like we have in normal upgrading now .
GK school will cost most, followed by attack, defense, and mid field.
It could be optional though. if a user doesn't want to specialize a school no one would be forcing him.
GK school will produce only GKs and will be having maxm specialization cost.
Attack schools will produce LW,LF,CF,RF,RW only.
LB,LDF,CDF,RDF,RB in def school.
LM,LIM,RIM,RM,DFM,OM in mid school.
if some one wants to change the specialization, he would have to pay full cost of that specialization and some cost (5-10%) of previous specialization will be refunded .
any point of time user can remove the specialization. 5-10% of the specialization cost(will be decided later if it got implemented at all) will be refunded.

Don't like the idea. It would make farming players way to easy and turn farms into factories. 22/07/2012 18:22

Frequency of GK s are least from schools.
i think which are least available those should be most expensive.
if we can determine an average frequency of players produced based on the positions it will help to determine the weightage of each specialization.

The number of schools will remain same so as the frequencies. so no extra players will produce. I think you are getting it wrong.

'Specialized School' is an unique idea..
It would be great if it's implemented in StrikerManager..

my addition is that firstly a player have to get the excellent school..
then he can upgrade that to any specific specialization as you suggested!
Specialization can be changed any time at the cost of new specialization..
refund thing we can ignore- you have to pay for your confused decisions!

if specialization is demolished then normal excellent school will work.. means random players again

great idea indeed.. cheers!

Those with many schools will get their disadvantage as everybody will turn their school to produce what they train, so those with many school will be left with nothing but see their junior rot in their schools. 22/07/2012 20:13

That people are doing now too. by buying youths from market in throw away price.
and if any 1 wants to specialize a school they will have to pay initial construction price for it. and weekly maintenance cost will increase too.
