my suggestions are delete expand senior squad feature and make junior player's avarage won't go up when any p icon appear or reach max junior avarage, unless you promote them. what will happen: 1. if that junior is high quality player, there will be more senior players on auction to made a place for that good junior, so as law of demand, players price will fall down. 2. if that junior is low quality player, there will be more junior players on auction to made a place from school promotion which give another chance for high quality player. |

I have one suggestion which i saw in other football manager game. It would be fixed salaries for seniors, as there are much seniors, you guys can calculate how much a player who is xx average should receive from salarie. That way we would lose clauses (or maybe put a fix clause price too, but it would be set by the manager), but admins could dictate how much money is leaving the game (it would also have to depend on weekly income of one team), and by data, admins could just take money away from managers. This is a radical move, but could work. I aslo propose that juniors don't have fix prices, so we can clause them as normally. | 16/10/2012 18:24 |

i don't want to be critical of the games rules, but aren't u guys the one supporting inflation? i mean the game ALLOWS inflation! the rules such as "market" is the main reason for inflation! there's a moving market and we have made ourself enslaved to it! instead of making an effort to stop this flow of market, we need to take responsibility of stopping it.. For eg; a player worth 50m is of no use to a guy that i find, now i convince him to sell, in my negotiations, i make a deal of say 25m, coz the player is of no use to the other guy, or maybe coz the other guy is rich, he might accept it.. this will rather be a fine then! now i don't mean to change the rules, but just for a thought, if all such deals are allowed ( not above market deals, only below market deals! ) then we might see them cheaper ones taken as example while looking at similar trans. and some buyers might break some good deals and convince people for selling below market.. and hence bringing the whole market down. | 20/10/2012 04:58 |

And how you think the developers will pay their staff. The only sources of income for the developers is the golden balls and pack manager. If they start allowing people to buy Gbs using SM cash im pretty sure the game will shut down within 4 weeks. The developers will be happy to see inflation on SM rather going bankrupt in real life. | 22/10/2012 06:49 |

i'll still say allowing below the market price deals is a decent solution... the market will keep going up and we'll keep growng the min allowed upwards... | 22/10/2012 07:49 |

lol....the pro-developer bias...my friend, they are doing just fine...they have all my personal info from google (since I signed up through google store), they barrage me with ads...and they set the sim to "encourage" gb purchases (injuries and sanctions). You also forget that gb's don't cost the developers anything...they are just opportunity cost...in the long run you may even find people would end up paying real money for gb's after getting used to "free" gbs. It wasn't meant to be a serious suggestion but it is interesting to me how quick you were to defend our poor, starving developers SM is a business first and a game second. The developers will always act like rational business people. They are doing us no favours. |
