1) Do you think real teams (i mean teams in real life) only do one type of training a day/session? You've got the answer right? Of course the answer is no-no-no! Many managers in this game focus on training midfielders or forwards only. And so they leave GKs without any training at all, just like I do, because we can only exercise one type of training a day. Suggestion: allow more than one types of training a day 2)Do players get injured and tired after the training? The answer is right on top of your head. Absolutely YES! Too much of training per day will exhaust the players and they won't be in their best form for the tomorrow game. If you abuse the training, then some of your players will get injured, thus miss the next matches and training sessions. Suggestion: Players energy will be reduced if too much training were done in one day. Players can get injured after harsh trainings. However, players who are trained really hard and not get any injury will improve faster than the other. 3)Can an injured player participate in the training? Another obvious answers: YES! But in this game, that's not what happens. Injured players can't play in any game but they still improve. Suggestion: injured players will not be effected by the training. It could be a warning for greedy managers. Those are some suggestions that will make this game more realistic and more fun. Of course I have a lot more suggestions but they are the most important ones. If you like my suggestions, give your comments below. |

1) With more trainings per day players will improve too quick and reach their peak then drop. Or admins would decide to make players improve much slower and that would make no difference at all since the progress of GK if you train them once a day in a while would only improve 3 times slower (if training is allowed 3 times per day). So to recap with this training you train GK twice a week for example and you get +0,2 ; with what you suggest, you will have to train 6 times (if 3 trainings are allowed per day) to get the same result. I train my GK and managed to give 5pts total to both my keepers. for those who don't train GK, it's their own fault 2) exhaustion: And why would someone want that? That would cause more managers getting angry because of loss of stamina. injuries: no no and no........my coaches are well qualified and can train players without injuring them. That's why i pay about 600k for both of them them 3)You can be injured and still have a certain type of training or at least it should depend on how bad you are injured. |

we all love to be able to train all positions in the same day , to never get an injured player, to never loose stamina, get all 90 + avearge player , not paying any salary , get +100000 million in the bank!! but seriously where is the fun in it? and btw training in real life happens twice a week or 3 times maximum .. u are having 7 times a week of training!!! u cant train all position in the same day!!! everyone would have 70 + average players in all positions in 1 season!!! |

Do real teams play 5 matches in a week? So, 1 week in this game = many weeks in real life. There should be more training in this game. Is it hard to understand? |

Training gain values would then have to be lowered so there is no real gain therefore no real point. | 27/11/2011 14:04 |

What is the point of increasing the number of training sessions but decreasing the training value? These features will give managers a way to develop their players faster. However this needs to be done with care since there is a trade off between gaining and team performance. Let's say each training session costs 2 stamina points. Giving your team two sessions won't hurt the performance for the next game. If you're going to play against weak team tomorrow, then you can even temp promote some youth players and give them even more sessions. When your team's stamina is low, then you need to rest your players for recovery. There will be even more stuffs you need take care of because training excessively can injure your players. I know that will give managers more work to do. Some lazy managers will say no because they don't want to think too much or they've already got their team average to 70+, the point that new managers will never be able to catch up with this new simulator. |
