@rebsiot,gunneric,bluegene. I hope you will surport this ideal. Becose we all want this game to be realistic even though it can never be 100% but we should be bold of 70% reality. Though am rookie in time of games am good. 1. There should be a goalkeeper trainer among our staff. 2. Players forecast in a team should be visible to the manager without goldenball. 3. Traing schedule should be twice per day, morning and evening. 4. Transfers should be done twice in a season. |

I understand the need to be realistic but a fun addictive game > realism. I suggest you get into the game a bit more and understand its workings and you will be pleasantly surprised - you may enjoy it just the way it is. |

All of these things would impact the game immensely. Not necessarily in a good way. 1. GK trainer would DRASTICALLY reduce GK value. Makes him just another player, one of the great things about this game is that you have to balance your training among everything. Making a sole GK trainer would ruin that balance. 2. This would decrease the flow of $$ (or €) into the hands of the admins, never going to happen. 3. Would decrease EVERYONE's value, coaches would be half as good, and EVERYONE's forecasts would be 99. it would be no good to anyone. 4. Is this supposed to be a transfer window? What about the people who join when this window isn't open that drastically need a better GK? Even the coaches in the real world hate the idea of a transfer window, it's simply not a good idea. All in all I agree with 0% of these suggestions. |

Forget 2, that's a premium features that provides a good revenue stream for the devs. 3 is absolutely out of the question... You can already put 3 points on a player in a week. 2x training would be like 27 a month, meaning a lot of players could go from 30 to 80 in less than a season with ease. Transfers are anytime, the game would become dull without transfers at any time. Want to train gk? You have to sacrifice. That's why they are valuable... But they also go higher than any other position as a group... FC 90+ is not uncommon Nice one, akleb. |

I have trained mids exclusively in my junior squad, with a 87% junior coach(which i am paying to much money for for my level, and upgraded with GB's), and 100+ motivation. most haven't gained a single point, one has gained 2. this is for the entire season. if this is actually possible, then there is more of a problem between the haves(higher divisions making way to much $) and the have nots, which will be near impossible to make up. In my private league, I noticed the revenue from a div 4 player was 2.8m for a game against me. In my home, the revenue is 500k. The money gap is already almost too large to make up, now the training is skewed as well? forgive me if i misunderstood. Just trying to figure it all out. |

You're missing progression, an extra factor. It lets me put on 2.7 with a coach exactly like yours. As far as the money gap work on your stadium instead of your players, its the main source of money. At division 4 87% JC is about average. | 02/11/2011 02:46 |

Think about it. you can put 2.7 pts with same coach, I haven't put a point on a single player(sans one, with 2 pts) in the entire season. that is several weeks worth of training ONLY mids..not a single point added.(some are only 2 weeks worth, others are much longer) 13 juniors, all forecasted to 55+, several forecasted into the 70's, yet none are adding pts. Since I don't have a school, I can't see progression. What are some of the values? can some be near 0? what is the avg progression for juniors? at the avg, what should they be adding per week with 87% jc? |

All of the players rejected reality when training was lowered at beginning of season. Reality was a big fail. |
