Agree, I don't want to pay my players 1m 2m a week to avoid super lazy rich managers get my players. It's not I'm a bad manager but it's so unreal.

Also I would love to see every players decrease average around 10-20 point. You know, we have inflation of quality, while players with av 10 20 are nonsense and sometimes hard to exist. 08/10/2011 21:05

well 68% voted for fast progresion
new training made rich more richer and poor more poorer
i dont know how we can find a way to make some money(we cant train and sell coz its too slow) so it will be battle for surviving
most of managers will be not able to build VIP seats(there is no way to collect 18M in this situation)

decreasing avg will bring some balance back in this game

lets hope they will find some way of making training faster or balancing this game...

For me it's not either the old or the new way of training. I'd prefer something in between as I stated before. Possibly with a faster junior training and a slower senior training.

The two options in the poll just allow You to choose between two very extreme options and don't provide any alternative for middle ground.

Ideally I would like to see a solution where every player can just reach its forecast with possibly a couple of years left in his career with good and thoughtful training. With the old training some 17-year-olds have already maxed out and with the new training I think it's impossible to develop a talented player to his full potential before he retires. Both is not good for the game.

Agree with Beachbernie , it's all cool for the senior .
The best resolution for junior is that we should have the red P when they reach a certain average instead of age

I agree, it's not a question of coming back, there must be something in between. 09/10/2011 00:30

use old faster progression for 14-19 year olds
use new slow progression and longer life for 20-31 year olds.

I like the red P for Jr players that reach a certain level too. Cause you can only get so good from playing against "normal" Jr's you are much better than.

And please, keep the good progression for the first season or two as a Sr. (as a young player who's learning the ropes). That way, the players that are destined to be superstars will make it, but you won't have a team with like 10 80+ players on it's Jr. Team.

So around 21 (or 2 seasons after you promote the red P player...), the player starts to plateau (still getting better, but not as quickly)... just like in real life (for most cases). There are of course exceptions, maybe the plateau age could be from like 20-22 or something.

At around age 27-30, the player should peak. Some staying at the top for a season or two, others declining gradually, others quickly... but everyone becoming more injury prone (longer recover time too)

Example (with good training).
You have a youth phenom, very high prog, hits 60 avg at 16 years old, and gets a red "P"
The youth does not get better because he has no competition, so you promote him.
As a Sr. the player gets better quickly for the next 2 seasons till he is 18, he starts to level out (just due to the timing) at around 72 avg.
The player slowly gets better to about 75 by age 27, then stays there till 30.
The player gets worse, to 70 by 33, the player gets injured a bit more frequently and now takes a bit longer to heal.
At age 34 he player then breaks his leg and is out for 8 weeks
The player is at average 60 by 35, and decides to call it quits because he keeps getting injured, and that new avg 62 17 year old is beating him in practice.

Anyways, I'm rambling.

Have a fun weekend peeps.
