I have 4 schools, all of them low quality countries (20-30%). I`ll tell you what I`ve deduced from my experience, more then 20 school players promoted to the junior team (90-95% of the school players I got). The frequency of school players depends exclusively on the population of the country. Some countries previuosly mentioned like Uruguay or Ireland gives you a new player every 15 days or so. It`s the same rate than I`ve got from my schools on Austria and New Zeland. The quality of the players got can be extremely variable, but you`ll have more chances to get good players in hight quality countries (Argentina, Italy, Brazil or Germany for example). That`s why that schools are quite more expensive. In that point you`ll have to balance the money you can spend and the potencial profit you could get... I hope my English can be understood and my experience taken to profit. |

I'm not bulding schools for the moment, but according to my experience with them, my favourites are Germany, Brazil and China. However, schools are very personal, maybe a manager haven't gotten any good player of China and another one gets many high progression players there. It depends on luck, but best rating countries have much more options to get better players. |
