I lost my game today 4-3 to the top team in my group.. And I have at least 2 seasons of senior xIM training ahead of me before my players will be at the same level [rating 86+ for all of LIM, IM, RIM] as top div4 teams. Good news is the formation -- 2 CDF and DFM backline along with LIM/IM/RIM dropping back to double the ball in their areas -- is not the issue. I consistently win or draw vs teams that are equal.. and, as we'd expect, lose when my team is notably lower-quality than the opponent. Pass completion % is consistently >80 [today was 126/136] which is where we like it to be. |

Not sure that upgrading the catering is turning out to be a value-add without pack manager. I'm averaging only about 350k more per home game than last season. [800 vs 500] -- sure, at peak it's 1.3M but if my week's 2 home games are 1 day apart then the second day I earn almost nothing. At only 350k per game RIE, simply breaking even on the 33.5M cost requires 96 home games.. eg, it will be summer again here in Boston before I see a profit on that investment! |

And they're off like a herd of turtles! My group is so bunched that I ended up in slot #2 after today's games.. my team only steps up thanks to the helpful advice from everyone here who responds to my newb-like requests for help! Thanks, y'all! |
