If looking everyday at different hours of day wasn't worth it, the only other way to get a good coach is to hire and fire the coach as many times as it is necessary to make the system create a coach with high %. Coaches are created randomly, so it is only a matter of time and patience. And of course of money...consider the fact that firing a member of your staff costs you twice his weekly salary. You really can't get a 99% coach. Here is what you can do: you train your coach either with course or degree. Course is trainning him with x-amount which he will earn +1 average after x-days while Degree is trainning him with Golden Ball which he will earn +3 average.. |
