Use plain English please. For your team it is OK, since you probably don't have high progression players and, assuming you will get promotions fast, your players will not be in your team for long. Getting a good coach, junior and senior, is a good strategy in order to make your team grow fast. The optimum would be to get coaches in the late 80s so that you won't need many gbs to get them to 99%. +85% is advisable but not easy to find for sure |
