If you're from another PL, welcome, but please remember to contribute something. What is going on here recently is the virtual equivalent of strolling boldly into a board meeting in your office, the meeting stopping while everyone looks at you, and you saying nothing but standing there just as boldly. Additionally, please remember we have a very efficient private messaging system which is better for contacting another manager directly, rather than buzzing 42 people to get to one.

2) Can we please try and keep the U-Play sentiments at least civil, if not positive. You know the rules. I don't mid this PL being known as being a bunch of grumpy old men, but let's keep the language suitable for users of all ages.
