Good morning gents, Unfortunately, FC Nori will not be promoting to Div 3 next season. After a devastating 5-2 loss this morning following two injuries to my players, we are 5 points out of 2nd place with two league games left. Second place DSC Arminia is highly unlikely to drop points in their two remaining games. Although promotion was always a long shot after my 3-3 draw with DSC, this defeat today is crushing. I am not sure if the two injuries were the cause or if my formation was lacking. Having looked at DSC's signings since the first leg of our match, which I won 4-3, I don't think it was sudden improvement in his players. He did purchase an 82 goalie, however, from reading the forums the general consensus seems to be that goalie average plays a rather insignificant role. My goal this season was to avoid relegation, not to promote. Although that goal was accomplished, this defeat along with the first defeat by FA Tony really put a sour mood to the end of the season! Best of luck to the rest of the PL with their remaining games. Si, I know you need to avoid dropping points these last two matchs but I am confident you will win both games and not only promote to Div 3 but promote as the group 43 champions collecting 100GB along the way. Promotion/relegation update! C1  A1  A2  C1 The top of C1 has settled down of late. Recent slips by Concilio have shown cracks of daylight to KBC Thistle and FC Kylle, but it looks very much like Concilio have that silver medal spot secured. Leaders Mayus have an end of season clash against KBC Thistle, and while a loss for Antarctica looks unlikely to displace the leaders, a loss for Thistle could see the final prize money spot head to FC Kylle. Stallion FC canter in to a very respectable 4th place, but after 2 wins from their last 5 games, they might be wondering what might have happened. Shaolin Corinthians' plucky win at Fortuna came in the middle of 5 defeats, as the end of the season fixture list put pressure on oldfirm's boys. At the bottom, Rangers FC jump 2 spots to 9th, and well away from relegation, while HC VIPER travel the other direction after their recent party weekend added 2 to their otherwise perfect score. Yoys and White Walkers are now relegated, while Ali's Bayern Munchen skate on the thin ice above the drop. A1 In A1 we now see the unusual situation of ROCKPOOL, with a violation against their name, sitting in the promotion spot, and can only be caught if they chalk up another. Plavi9 just need to hold on knowing a clean finish will gift them promotion, but a single mistake and they tumble to 4th. FreeCatalonia's fine performances have only been marred by a small lack of attention in the PL, but they look a strong contender to challenge for promotion next season. The violations seem quite evenly spread in A1, but that hasn't stopped Naissus showing how good they are at only being able to pick up points against subdued opponents. We will be glad to see the back of them. Spartak Moscow also plummet down to 13th place after a big weekend for their team. All credit to NEVER GIVE UP FC, who stay true to their name. Despite being hammered game after game, they have only ever resorted to playing above 0% on 2 occasions. T.Mayor's Super Eagles know just how tough that is, but can advise klintecno how much respect they are worthy of. A2 Knowing the situation in A1, Chalmers Utd and Fandi Ahmad must be looking at A1 with a hint of jealousy, as their own violations/points record would have been enough to promote there. Failing a violation from Nori or Hurricanes, those two will be entering the top league next season - congratulations to them both. The level of cheating in A2 is so polar, and so rife, that it is unfortunately very difficult to know how much effect it has had on the entire league table. Everyone mentioned so far, and FC Super Eagles, Racing Team and Midnight Rockers are all worthy of a huge amount of praise for holding it together this season, and we wish them all the best of luck in their promotion battle next season. The league tables are still subject to change, and depending on the sign-up rate next season, there may be some last minute changes. Ali, ronnie and I will do our best to ensure as many of you as possible are happy with the result. Applications will start very soon. Good luck everyone in the last weekend!
