I am in division 4 and will continue to be there Senior Coach : 92% Junior Coach : 95% Senior training : I will be training FWD's only (mainly LF, CF, RF). HIGH PROGRESSIONS 85+ MINIMUM & 60+ AVERAGE LW's & RW's are not a priority for me! I train them 5/7 days & the training is a complete training Junior training : I will be training DF's (LB, LDF, CDF, RDF, RB) I train them 6/7 days & will be on rotation every week either a starter or substitute ** ALL LOANS ARE SUBJECT TO THE AMOUNT OF SPACE ON ROSTER I will be looking to loan out 3 Seniors & 3 Juniors Seniors : GK, DF, MDF; all are 80+ progression Juniors: MDF, FWD (& a winger); all are 80+ progression Edited by DirkDiggler 14-03-2013 19:27 Edited by DirkDiggler 19-03-2013 01:40 |

It's sad..... I'm relegating to Div. 5 My training plan for next season : Senior Coach (98%) => Defense (RDF/CDF/LDF/ DFM (defense part ) ) Day 1 - Tackling Day 2 - Tackling Day 3 - Running Day 4 - Running Day 5 - Intercepting Passes Day 6 - Intercepting Passes Day 7 - Man 2 Man Marking Junior Coach (94%) => Forwards (LF/CF/RF) ALMOST BOOKED Day 1 - Crossing the Ball Day 2 - Crossing the Ball Day 3 - Beating Markers Day 4 - Sprint Day 5 - Beating Markers Day 6 - Sprint Day 7 - Attacking Headers Looking for someone who will train : Senior - 1. Div 3 In senior Will be training LW/CF/RW all day. Taking some 80avg on loan with 99% coach. In junior training forwards all day. 99% coach Loaning out a GK and DFM ( both are 70+), CDF, IM, CF(65+). All are juniors, will promote some depending on who is taking them. We can swap if need be  |

Well I know others may have much better coaches, but here goes Junior Coach=81% Senior Coach=82% Junior Training=CF/LF/RF Shots on Goal x2 Dribbling x1 Beating Markers x2 Sprint x2 Senior Training=CF/LF/RF Pretty similar to my Junior schedule. i am in Division 3. have plan to train forwards 7 days a week, will get only LF/RF above 80. also i have a CF with 63 average i want to loan out to a manager in div 4/5. you should train forwards 7 days with +90 coach .my CF have %96 progress and should play as a first team. regards |
