This has worked great for the last two seasons, we'll keep it up for the upcoming season as well. Here's the idea: -Post the following information - (**) denotes optional information. what positions you are training/will train (Junior or Senior) what division you are in. (remember you can only accept loans from your division and 2 divisions above you) your coach %'s ** training schedule ** any further information you'd like to post feel free to add. I'm in 4th division. For next Season, this is my training plan: Senior Coach (87%) --> DEFENDERS TRAINING (LDF, CDF, RDF, DFM) Day 1 - Running Day 2 - Tackling Day 3 - Tackling Day 4 - Man-to-man marking Day 5 - Intercepting passes Day 6 - Clearances Day 7 - Aerial Play Looking for someone to train my senior midfielders. I would train senior defenders preferably >70. Junior Coach (99%) --> GOALKEEPERS TRAINING (GK) Day 1 - Saves Day 2 - Saves Day 3 - Penalty saving Day 4 - Penalty saving Day 5 - Catching high balls Day 6 - Catching high balls Day 7 - Running Looking for someone to train my junior cent. forwards (CF). Mids. for details see below. you can buy these GKs as well your coach should be atleast 80%. Junior Coach(92%)-->7/7 days LM/RM 6/7 daysLIM/IM/RIM in depth 2x sprint x shots 2x B.control 2x i normally train all jnr. loaned player at 75 motiv. and i expect same from your side.  training at 100 motiv. is possible if you do the same for my player. most probably i will stay in Div 3. Senior Coach 99% will train 7/7 DFMs with a training schedule which will include Tackling-In depth passing-Running-Ball Control-Clearances 75+ avg dfms are preferred initially. If i get a 80+ dfm then the 3rd dfm's avg demand can be brought down. Apart from DFM Mids(xIMs) and defs(xDFs) are also welcome with max 4-5 days training guaranteed. 3 spots vacant. Looking to Loan out a 72 avg 93 FC LB http://en.strikermanager.com/inicio.php?accion=/jugador.php%3Fid_jugador%3D8157389 to a trainer who either specializes on backs with a minimum 95 coach. or to a def trainer with 99 coach. I am in Division 5. Hoping to overcome my league mates and get promoted to Division 4 by next season. I train forwards in seniors, but I will be training OMs alongside next season; so I can't give a schedule.  Juniors ? I train midfielders- LM, RM, RIM, IM, LIM (6/7 days) with a 94% junior coach.  - In-depth Passing (x2); - Ball control (x2); - Sprint; - Running; - Shots on goal. Hi I'll will be in the fourth division. maybe in the third. My coach is 98 and I train central defenders every day. You can see my CDF this season or ask to manager that loan to me another season I am looking for two good centrals with 75 or 80 average. Thanks |
