I'm in 4th division. I want a great CDF or RDF (average 75 or so) to improve my team. I train them everyday: Senior Coach (91%) --> DEFENDERS TRAINING (LDF, CDF, RDF, DFM) Day 1 - Running Day 2 - Tackling Day 3 - Tackling Day 4 - Man-to-man marking Day 5 - Intercepting passes Day 6 - Clearances Day 7 - Aerial Play I would train senior CDF or RDF preferably >70. If you are interested, send me a private message!! You don't need to train any of my players! |
