For next Season, this is my training plan: Junior Coach (99%) --> GOALKEEPERS TRAINING (GK) Day 1 - Saves Day 2 - Saves Day 3 - Penalty saving Day 4 - Penalty saving Day 5 - Catching high balls Day 6 - Catching high balls Day 7 - Running or another some unrelated training.
