Managers to prioritize penalty takers in case of penalty shootouts?

Can I decide the penalty takers in Penalty shootouts? Is there a way to do that. Sometimes (worst)defender takes the penalties in shootout (and never scores  )Edited by nikchandel 19-02-2013 19:14 |

That's what I was wondering SC is a big thing and if somebody losing match on penalties is certainly not right. I think there should be an option for penalty takers. if you are in a penalty shootout with an opponent, then you cant decide your shooters list. The sim itself will choose who takes the shots. But for penalty shots (Not talking about overtime) then go to tactics> and on the first page you will see "captain" "corner" "penalty" "fouls" category, under the penalty you can set who will be your penalty shooter for the game. So again. For overtime penalty shootout (ex: shootout in friendlies and in Striker cup) it will be random For penalty shots (during the game in a friendly/striker cup/private league/league) You can choose who will take the shots |

But some close games decided in shootout and it could hurt if that is in the later stages of the SC |

I like option #3 just as much as #2 if the computer decides which players take the penalties, at least make sure its from order of best finishing stat to worst. Edited by Sender 20-02-2013 06:59 |

Very good idea because im sick of cup games going to penalty shoot outs and then seeing defenders taking them and MISSING them to cost a use the game, there needs to be an options implemented to put in order of best shooters | 20/02/2013 07:31 |

Would be a great addition if we could prioritize them, i to was knocked of the Cup on pens, i played two CF's and not one of them took a penalty  |
