Managers to prioritize penalty takers in case of penalty shootouts?

Still not sure how penalty takers are chosen by sim. I made the formation in decreasing order from 11 to 1 (number 11 the most offensive player) still get it wrong at a time of shootout. Something's wrong or not understandable. I hope some developer check this forum and comment |
