 I have noticed this for sometime that, after every League game, if i check the awards then i notice that :

1) Most of time, AWARDS; Best 11 is full of players from 1 team only.
2) Reason : this is due to players having more average then other team players.
3) Problem : This is not justice at all to other winning teams players / best performers as they are not included or given credit for best performance for their team.
4) AWARDS : BEST 11 should contain 11 random best players from each winning team, (if possible). From one team, max 3 best players should only be selected. In case of extraordinary performance only, it should have 5 max players from one team.
5) This will give chance for other team players to get included in AWARDS : BEST 11 OF ROUND. 		04/01/2013 12:03

 Yeah! You right but I think the performance and average of a position detamine the selection,not winning or score,

BEST OF 11 cannot just simply have eg: 8 players from one team because they have good average then other team players.

You can consider eg: of my div / grp where there are 20 teams of which one team have players averaging 60 or more and if you see awards for round 3 then best 11 had 7 players from that one team only and rest from others. And from that one is choosen from losing team "C.F.D" LB. Also if u see results than its not justified to other players.

Hence, i think this BEST 11 should be recorrected / remoduled. 		04/01/2013 12:19

 now ... todays match is over and best 11 is out ... the team which i told you earlier about has lost todays match 1-3 but still best 11 of round 4 contains 7 players of its team .. where as my team won the match 6-0 but still no player from my team in best 11 .. hence this system of awards needs to be corrected ... 04/01/2013 16:57

 Let's use a real life scenario. Let's say Manchester United gets relegated but they're able to keep most of their players. So now you've got guys like Robin Van Persie and Wayne Rooney playing in the championship, they're going to obviously dominate and be better than most players in the league, so if there was best XI of the day in the Championship, these guys would probably always be in the best XI.

I sort of see your point because a Portsmouth striker scoring 4 goals in a game is more impressive than Wayne Rooney not really trying so hard and scoring 1 goal.

The only thing you can really do is train/buy better players in hopes that your guys will hit the board ahead of the other teams players. 		04/01/2013 18:21

 if got your point .. But selection should according to the best player on the day whether he is averagin lesser then other players.

It gives fare chance to the player to shine. And should be given its reward.

But is it not the best 11 of the week consist of best performers in league, rather than just the biggest names. Here is an example :
