Protossis said: Strongly disagree. The system allows for farming; squad strength of 25 with 11 starting players gives you 14 "farms". Why should one force an auction on a manager just because he has a good player and doesn't play him enough? Doesn't quite like the social equality thing being proposed. If that manager can afford to pay for his salary while not utilizing his skills, let him do that. If you really want to cut down on farming; reduce the squad size...to say 22? i have change the min. satisfied, because i think 50% is too much. with 10% min. satisfied, your player have to playing min 9 times every season (90 match), it isn't hard i think. i hope this stat can be implemented soon. it will make this game more fun, and your managing skill is needed to keep your player satisfied. If my top player got 2 big injuries a season he wouldn't resign the contract? the formula for this stat is satisfied = total played/total posible playing x 100% so, if a player injuries, his total posible playing will be less. i just don't know if the code is too complex for developers . Edited by ibram 19-11-2012 21:13 I don't know whether this is a good idea or not can't make a decision, all I have to say is you have thought about this in great detail, keep it up buddy |

I sort of like the idea if it was only implemented for seniors. It makes sense too, if you had a player just sitting on your bench for two seasons and never playing, the guy wouldn't really want to stick around on your team. The only thing I think would need to be addressed would be the ability to change a players release clause even if they don't want to sign a new contract. |

I suppose another addition could be if you don't raise salary the satisfied stat would drop so every season you have to pay your players more money, this sounds to complex though, the devs would rip there hair out thinking about it | 20/11/2012 22:17 |

Interesting idea. Like eam, not sure exactly how I feel about it. Two thoughts, though... 1. Make the maximum be 50 percent playing time. That way teams with two full squads who rotate guys regularly will be pretty close to 100 percent satisfaction. 2. Tie satisfaction to winning, just like motivation. The more the team wins, the more a player will be happy just being part of the club, as long as the salary is high enough. Edited by phaag 21-11-2012 03:48 |

There is a hidden stat called "fidelity" that looks to have an impact on the ratio between salary and release clause. This has never been verified, but the more often you sign a player, the worse that ratio is. So that is something like that. My preference would be that teams that are more stable get a bonus to lower that ratio, reflecting a players desire to play for a club if they can count on staying for 3-4 seasons. |
