this stat will affected to player's desire to renew his contract. if a player have less than 10% satisfied, he will not accept the new contract offer, and he will leave your team at the end of his current contract. the satisfied stat will also affected to contract length on new contract offer, a player with 100% satisfied will accept untill 5 years contract, but a player with less than 90% satisfied only accept 1-2 years contract. edit: i change the way a player satisfied stat changed. satisfied = total played/max. posible playing x 100% so, if a player listed in starting lineup 5 times, with posible to be starting 10 times. his last satisfied will be 5/10 x 100% = 50% next match he listed in starting lineup, so his last satisfied will be 6/11 x 100% = 55% and soon. Why penalise the manager by forcing an auction at 0 price? Anyways, the player morale gets low if he doesn't figure in starting 11. If at all you want to implement a system to dis-incentivize hoarders, increase the minimum release clause when renewing such contracts. If one has enough money to pay for such hoarding players, let them hoard...but at a cost. |

i personally feel that this will make users more active n play non - regular starters opening up chance for opponents and also discourages *farming* of players a bit. | 19/11/2012 14:05 |

Strongly disagree. The system allows for farming; squad strength of 25 with 11 starting players gives you 14 "farms". Why should one force an auction on a manager just because he has a good player and doesn't play him enough? Doesn't quite like the social equality thing being proposed. If that manager can afford to pay for his salary while not utilizing his skills, let him do that. If you really want to cut down on farming; reduce the squad size...to say 22? |

additional suggestion the satisfied stat also affected to contract length on new contract offer, a player with 100% satisfied will accept the 5 years contract, but a player with less than 90% satisfied only accept 1-2 years contract a player with low satisfied said, "if you didn't need me, just sold me to another team."
