Well, we have a transfer window at the beginning of the season. Hostile night. Do you mean to take away hostiling after a certain point in time or eliminating the marketplace all together? |

We do have a transfer window, it closes the day the system goes down for new season, and opens again when the new season starts, IMHO if there was a transfer window I would probably get bored and quit, I am sure many people would think the same too. BAD suggestion |

surely, they can come up with a calendar for that, just the way they divided the season into 3months Secondly, it doesn't make managers think and research about formations and tactics rather managers think of changing players as often as possible |

Getting the best possible team in every position is part of the "tactics" of the game. There wouldnt be many active people around if all you could do for the majority of the season is set your lineup. |
