When ever a big case with a manager who is known to many is removed, kindly put a small post on forum atleast saying 'he did so and so thing, so action taken was according to @ team decision' instead of having headaches latter.

i don't think this is necessary. its not a public trial. if you have faith in @s and the system as a whole, then you trust decisions that are made.

besides, why publicly advertise how someone was breaking the rules? to encourage copycats, or spark a similar idea that could go undetected?

Plato reference is a nice touch. In those days, they probably hung the corpses of cheaters and thieves for all to see. I think we have evolved beyond that. This is cleaner, more civilized. No need to publicly display cheaters. Just remove them and get on with life.

Haha... as a person who also carrys a degree, I would say that this is all nonsense and petty.

*** This just in, ****

New conspiracy proven by Mickey mouse and friends.

All the @'s have secret identities and secretly are all in div 1 but know one knows about it because its only a secret between @'s.

Oh and they make $1000.00 a week playing on a browser game and have unlimited access to SM money. There SM deposit accounts exceed 250 trillion dollars

Now spread it around fast like wildfire.

ill edit why the greatest manager was kicked part.. to make it nice

As a person w/ a philosophy degree... This was one of the best complements i've ever gotten.

Thank you.

+1

Subtract the degree in philosphy, add having read the book

The degree is already subtracted. Remove the book too... Thanks for the comment

P.S. Does talking a lot can be considered something in there??

To be serious. If you have any problem, talk to us. We are the guys appointed to make others follow the general rules. Don't expect ever from us that we'll break a rule that is specifically build for us. Unless we fined you and you are hate us really bad and don't want us anymore in the game..

i think things won't go down so easy with single liners,

Ps. I have broken enough rules by 'questioning @' 'Talking of fines / bans' already, i expect a retain / warning soon or closure of this thread as it served it purpose already, which is to clear a misunderstanding. so this might be my last post on this thread

Here I am not talking my own faith in @'s or some other issue with @ behaviour. My faith is based on much better understanding of how @ are working about issues in the game( not the the methods or tools they use for deciding about an issue ) . It's about general fuss every time a manager who is a bit more active is removed. @ want to conceal their matters like a orthodox women trying to protect her virginity till marriage. It's not wrong but it makes no sense to many.

Leaving that virgin concept to dee to deal with. Yes yes we are moreee civilized, so civilized that when an innocent manager comes on chat or forum and supports the manager who is removed without knowing facts and thinks there was something fishy behind that, we bully him first and latter if our 'civilised banter' is over and we have some time we 'may' tell the truth if we know, do not ask what happens if that manager who is removed is hated by many, 'It's just hell'. We are so annoyed and self centred many times that we forget that other manager may and will have different view about a topic. When someone tries to reason out in a different way we just want to cut it there n put our view in ( not talking about anyone in particular )

When a person reached top place, we give him limelight by putting in somewhere like records and other things, getting removed is also part of his journey in this game. Telling why a person is removed will clear most things. suppose a case is 'He cheated by doing multi accounting', cut it there, do not tell how he cheated, just tell he cheated by doing this, not 'how'. Hanging publicly would disgrace a cheater, 'even the most powerful is not spared, i will not be either in that case'.
If a person is truly civilised n grown, he/she will and should see actions done by a person differently and club them to make a overall view. Taking example of culea, he had decent tactics, he beat reb badly in one game, reb learned what his flaws were n next time i remember reb won the rematch. This is the positive and then, culea broke rules which is different thing. put it together. 'he had good aspects in him like tactics and being lively but bad attitude in some issues'

In the end we will do what we want to, it's just an excuse we make 'i saw him and learned' 'i saw it and did same'. There arises the question 'Why?'.... i leave the answer to oneself.

Fiscals and mods are going a great job, most of that work goes unnoticed, as i said earlier, saying now and will say in future, 'They are working even where they are supposed to relax' I do annoy 1 or 2 fiscals on chat just to test them more, if their power got into their head, i may be right or wrong in doing it but i can surely say may be one in a 100 actions they take is only questionable, simply cause they are humans. It's just annoying to see persons claim clean image even after being wrong just cause our damn @ do not want to talk about a sanction publicly.

I respect your opinion vijji and always will, honestly though, when was the last time an active player got removed and you didn't find out at least the basic reason for it. We don't advertise in general chat and in forums the reasons behind our decisions and we are not obliged to, however, when active teams are involved we are at the very least approachable in these matters.

Come on now...

Typical news person.

"it's not my opinion, but someone said...."

There will be a general fuss when someone is removed. Someone cries and rends their garments and pulls their hair.

The higher rank the person, the higher rank the people that do this.

And you are wrong about that. Orthodox women are only out to protect their reputation til marriage. They want it as badly as non-orthodox women, and are even sneakier about getting it.

for clarification: the reason punishments are not discussed publicly is simple: most people don't care about that. They care about the game, why the sim doesn't work for them, how to buy players, etc.

The few who DO care, should write a @ directly. This is why the @ are there: to help you and to answer questions.

There's no need to clutter the forums with discussions that the vast majority of users don't care about, and it is also worth mentioning that it can give an impression that there is a huge problem in the game when cheating is really an isolated few amongst the many honest managers.

I agree, disagreements should be taken in private not public forum. Yes its general forum, but we have enough people talking out of there (_!_) already in these forums nowadays, no need to further this along guys.
