 Somethings that I did to get a good team:
1. Hunt for a good coach and junior coach again and again. It took 4 months to find a 91 senior and 88 junior.
2. Hunt similarly for good coach secretary, scout and doctor. And keep track of expenses to 100s so that I can pay them.
3. Make sure scout is never free. Sign free juniors. Train them for 2 3 sessions, and calculate the progression.
4. We didn't have luxury of similar transfers. You can imagine the pain.

And I still think its unfair for me to be jealous of bigger teams simply coz they joined earlier.

Agreed no of managers are high now, but so are the aids. FAQs were a royal mess. We had a single active @ in uruguay. Damn, I didn't even knew what an @ was. It hasn't been all rosy as most think, but then, it has been fun!

My advice, find a good pvt league, and SM experience will be 100 times better. And it will help u climb much faster. Faster than any silver player or golden coach 		03/09/2012 07:14
