You have already committed to selling super star juniors, which will help the rich get richer.

How about helping everyone in general by increasing the odds of getting super coaches/junior coaches?

The current probability of getting a 90+ coach is dismal, at best.

Throw a bone to the general masses for once!

I don't know if this idea will work or not but I strongly support the intention.
there should be something special dedicated division wise . so the new players also can find something interesting to stick to the game.
the only way to reduce bots is to make new players stay into the game. and it would be good for the game also.

I know I have a snowball's chance in hell to get one of the super stars. But at least this could help me (and everyone else) to maximize the players that I have got.

misread suggestion.

Chance to get a superstar coach is the same for everyone.

actually star juniors help masses the most

you see, a 95 prog CF will go for 500m.. a 99 prog goes for 2 billion..

FC might be 1 point ahead..

does that 1 point makes hell lot of difference? i think not..

also, at 14 year old, you get 5 seasons of training.. which is enough to take any decent junior to 80s mark,. even 90s

True, the chance of getting a superstar coach is the same for everyone, but the possibility of affording a superstar junior is well beyond the masses. Those are for the elite teams, ie those that were lucky enough to land a super coach in the first place.

What is the rationale behind only helping those teams who need little help to begin with? Why not help everyone in the game at the same time?

What I would like to see is that the probability of getting a super coach be increased beyond the .01% (seemingly) chance that now exists.

Heaven knows that all the people i invited left due to frustration of many things, primarily the issue of coaches.

No rebsiot, no. As managers are more, the competition to get a decent coach gets tougher, which makes it pretty hard for people like me

the chance to get a superstar coach is the same for everyone at any given time. It probably was easier then, however...

I joined midway through season 2. That season, I spent an average of 1M/week EVERY WEEK on contract terminations. A full 8% of my first season expenditure was made solely on acquiring good coaches. Not to mention 4 weeks of literally hitting the refresh button throughout the day...every day.
(18% was on stadium improvements)

It's pretty hard for everyone. Always has been. But the key is to do have fun doing it... (Note, this was 2-3 months before I was @...)

My, yes...

How silly of me!! Mashing the same button over and over again for days sounds like a hell of a lot of fun!!
