bank rates fluctuate. player cost by position fluctuates. lets be honest how quickly does a countries ranking rise and fall in FIFA? If the ranking change only at new season shifts it could be a lot more interesting. Makes it strategic of when to buy schools. | 18/08/2012 21:45 |

the prog & starting avg of the players you get already fluctuates. what are you actually suggesting - that it fluctuates even more? result - people just won't bother building schools. |

why would anyone buy a school when it's rating might decrease? they are already expensive investments that take a long time to pay off. |
