Just to clarify everything, there are many things that are considered while seeing the transaction was valid or not. the first thing is Market price. i.e. auction price of similar player and if it is not available then we see other player like substituting RIM for a LIM (straightforward )or substituting LF for a CF (compute variance in both by studing the % difference where same LF and CF were traded). Then we see if there was any multi accounting was present or not. Then there is excess help to a friend. If a one of cheap transfer (of juniors of high FC) to another manager we then analyse how many times it was done as there is no fixed price for them. So guys there are many things we have to see and every case is different and is tackled accordingly. If 2 RIM 50/17 are sold for same price. it might still lead to penalty as the manager some rule which was not apparent to player who didn't had our fiscal tools. I repeat. Every case is different. Ask "FISCALS" when in doubt. |

It's obvious that those people being fined are doing things way outside the scope of the norm and are penalized as such. I am always in favor of emailing any @, not just fiscal @'s ( sometimes its hard to find one when you need one ) before making any transactions that could be over stepping the boundaries. |

@s have been good with me concerning fines, I had a fine of 82 million overturned because I came up with so much evidence to prove that the fine was wrong, if you prove you are right then the @s are understanding | 12/08/2012 17:20 |

cheats out! i said b4 and say again .... imo cheats are multi accounters and there should be no second chance no matter who u are or how much real cash u spent in game as for fines for transfers deemed too cheap or expensive - it seems to work ok imo if u are worrying about being fined for a deal then it is prob too cheap oe expensive so check with @ simples |

that hard line is unrealistic wiveliscombe. Multi-accounting is very, very different from buying or selling a player for the wrong price as determined by a small committee. Also, there are several truly reformed members of the SM community who began by multi-accounting, and after receiving leniency actually found they liked playing the game without cheating far better than playing it with cheating. Plus I always check up on multis I catch later on, and if they have done it again, delete without warning or appeal, and they know this. No need for cowboy justice here, most are just kids who don't understand why multi-accounting is so corrosive to the game as a whole, and more importantly don't understand that the best way to enjoy this game is not actually by winning, but instead by the social ties you form. Winning happens anyways because of that social contact. |

u make good points about kids and reformed previous multi accounters i guess i am hard minded when i comes to cheating and very glad to hear no second chances for them and u guys keep eye on prior cheats i dont understand what satisfaction these people get - if they do get into div1 (my idea of being the best in this game) then it will always be tainting by the knowledge that they had to cheat to get there maybe they think everyone does it idk |

I used to play a game earlier (5-6 years ago) and made more than 10 accounts just to get further quickly as compared to people who got loads of money to spent. Nobody told me that it was not a right thing to do and without any message I was removed. I created a havok in the forums . In short if you make a guy understand what's wrong there is atleast 1% chance he will be a true asset for the game. And when Cello say people find it more fun by not playing with multiple account, he is quoting real example |

Can anybody help me.... I just got fined for something that I'm not guilty of. -- edited out. --- -- added by @rebsiot as a message to poster --- If you'd read this thread, you would know exactly what to do. Additionally, specific cases will not be discussed in here, I think that the one case that was discussed here shouldn't have been, but it is a closed case nonetheless. You have also been told specifically not to post regarding your case, and had a thread locked/deleted because of it. The next time this happens it will result in a 72 hour retain. --@rebsiot Edited by @rebsiot 01-09-2012 20:52 |

Hey guys just a question because i don't get the point of this topic: for what could people be fined? I thought it was just for multi account cases but according to what i've read it seems that there are others cases. Sorry for my "newbiness" lol | 01/09/2012 21:20 |
