Please don't ask the devs to change the sim again. They will introduce better GKs, but introduce 10 other bugs that make the sim far worse. Perhaps strikers will suddenly start back-passing to mids every time they approach the penalty box, or injury rates will skyrocket. The one sure thing in this game is that every update is worse than the previous. |

we are certainly not going to move forward with this thinking, one day we will eventually have to trust them and besides it's the BETA version that will get all the testing done. If they keep their promise and make all updates there, then tell us and there is no (or minimal) opposition, then that would work much better. Edited by @patient 14-08-2012 22:43 |

Just pointing out that the penalty-kick-is-offside bug was never reported in the beta sim. Don't be naive I could say "of course they'll make it better" but that's not been the case with any of the updates since January. Realism: it's what's for dinner |

@patient said: And has anyone noticed how GK takes more time in the air than the actual ball? The GK always in slow motion while the ball falls quickly and goes under him. Really this defies the rules of gravity where the heavier you are, the faster you fall Fixing this would be one step to making GK better Actually, the rules of gravity (-9.8ish m/s^2) apply to all things pretty much equally, no matter what the mass. It's the air resistance that makes the soccer ball fall more slowly... Edited by phaag 15-08-2012 03:06 |

Edited by phaag 15-08-2012 03:06 their falling is totally justified in the sim.You see GKs in SM hav no strength but only saves nd leadership.thus they are more of like large balloons saving goals by floating here nd there. Therefore their weight is negligible as compared to the ball and hence they fall slower. that was my info-bomb..enjoy!! @practicesquad said: lol phaag you're the third person to say that now Apparently, I missed a page of comments, otherwise I wouldn't have jumped on the bandwagon. In other news, if you want to identify all the engineers on Striker Manager, you now know what to do... |
