Should stands be closed to spectators while they are being upgraded?

It would be more realistic if the game would not allow spectators to sit in a construction zone.
When you upgrade a stand, you shouldn't get any ticket revenue from that stand while it's being renovated.
Managers would have to plan more carefully when they do their renovations, time them over fewer home games.
Just another way to increase the payoff for well thought out management, rather than just incentivizing building with no downside.

While I agree with your line of reasoning, implementing this now would only hurt newer players without established stadiums and increase the gap between the haves and have nots. 26/07/2012 17:48

i hate these threads. why would anyone want to introduce elements of realism to striker manager?

there are plenty of football management simulators you can play if that's what you want.

nope.

this game is in not a realistic simulation of football management. all the tweaks to the sim to make it more 'real' have made the game worse imo.

this is not the real world you know, its a game if you want a more realistic game go find another game, with these suggestions and the devs accepting them will make the game only worse
