MVP of the game

Today I had my game against the team on top of the table. I had decided to save my entire first line-up for tomorrow's cup game against Titoman. I pretty much gave up this game before it had begun, considerung my poor chances on paper. I had my 52-average GK playing and a 40-average junior organizing my defense. On top of that I lost my only quality defender on the field to a red card mid of 2nd half. I played with ca. 90% effort though. On the other side there was a top team heavily outgunning me. It's worst player was about as good as my best. It played with equaly high effort as i did. On top of that I had two premiums against me. Considering that I keep losing games against much weaker teams, which I'm seriously trying to win with 3 or 4 goals difference one would expect some kind of massacre here. But I lost only 2:4 and the stats also don't look that bad for me. I simply don't understand how this is possible. Looking at the actual average in the game my team looks very crabby (total average 60), but it still seems to be able to hold up against a team that was just spiked with 80+ and 90+ players. It just doesn't make any sense.... |

Uff another defeat temenem  I won to Brixton 1-4. At least a victory again! Practicesquad didn't win so I'm 3 points below. |

Today I had the most bogus game... My LF got injured early, and my RF got injured early, and the substitute RF that came in got injured early too... So, with just one substitute LF, I lost 3:2... Yeah, @Solirocket. Beat him 2:1 the first time, but today I didn't stand a chance... 3:2 is actually a good loss considering the in-game developments... And I had 1 shot on goal more, but it was only my substitute LF and a my substitute RIM leading the attacks... Luckily, two of the injuries are small and can be healed with golden balls, and the third one (5 weeks) should be cleared after midnite, as my auto-doctor is finishing his session tonite. My game was a frustrating one that's for sure, my attacking players were caught offside to many times and even when i beat the offside trap i had 3 of my players past his last defender and then they would either pass to one of my players who was clearly in an offside position or shoot straight at the GK. I was lucky to get a point with an equalizer on the 92nd minute lol. |
