themadhatter said: I think Hungary should be higher like a 60% or 70% because they may not be good now but historically they were amazing. Like Ferenc Puskas and Sandor Kocsis. Also, spain should be 100%. I don't understand why spain which is a 90% costs more to build to excellent than argentina which is a 100%. Also I think the players the schools turn out should reflect the country. For example, Italy should turn out more defenders on average and Argentina should turn out more strikers. Spain and Germany for midfielders as well as other positions. Hungary at 60/70%? I know Hungary had an impeccable team back in the 50s and 60s, but it would be difficult to give them 60% let alone 70%. However I know that quite recently their under 20s squad finished 3rd in the U20s world cup in 2009. I will change it tonight just to see how others react Ah yes, @practicesquad raised this issue on Spain and other schools having their ratings updated but their is opposition to this. I do agree that Spain should be given 100% but other ratings would have to change. I am unsure about the positions issue though, so I will leave that uncommented on |

tbh slovenia should be more than 50%, at least 60%. Slovenia qualified to WC in South Africa and nearly made it past group stage, they are constantly around rank 20 in last 2-3 years and play on similar level with serbia, maybe a bit worse than croatia (max 10%) | 01/07/2012 14:57 |

I think the schools should be periodically updated, up and down. If you schools rating goes down tough, bad investments happen. Then again it could go up, good investment | 04/07/2012 22:15 |

I see what you are getting at...but I'm unsure if it will work. Managers already take a gamble with players coming out of the schools: sometimes they have good progression and forecast, other times they are just average or terrible. Let's see what the others think.. | 05/07/2012 00:27 |
