I noticed England had been given 90% which seems rather...far fetched. Maybe after Euro 2012 we should have an updating session for Europe? ^_^ |

I agree. Ideally, you'd just want to improve schools. Spain's the only one I can think of really. |

The other option is that should schools % change, then users get the money back they paid to build them. Anyway, it hasn't happened and probably won't, but that would solve the problem |
