I have 2 points to share: 1) High prize money To encourage high effort & competition, exactly what I tried to challenge previous season - "Striker Premier League : next season PL with prize 140 millions". I don't have any problem if that's going to happen here next season, but I have to confess that looking back from my current situation I'm really glad that was a failed attempt  Haha2) Hostling My motto - "anyone can hostile any of my players any time", I don't see a paying player's release clause as a hostile action. Players in SM, unlike in real world, are all replaceable. There is only one Messi in real world, but we can train up a lot of Messi-like in SM, if we have time. So all of my players are for sale, if good price. I usually sell players through 2 ways, auction in the market or hostile taken. Personally, I don't like "transfer agreement", in my view it's the main source of cheating, I even would suggest to remove its function from the game, if possible. Market is the best & fairest way to do transactions, let the demand & supply make the right price decision. In friendly regards, I would be uncomfortable if a friend ask to buy my unlisted players, if I'd like to sell him I'd put him up in the market with a specific price, other than that I'd sell him at his release clause as I said "all of my players are for sale" So, please feel free to hostile any of my players (and you won't see a silly billion release clause, they're all reasonable) |

I really don't know what to say about hos tiling players within our group. If it was last season i for sure would have been very happy. but now that i know everyone here, i doubt that i will be able to do it. But i think hostiling a player should not be taken as hostility , maybe akleb can put further light on it.  lantre99 has improved leaps and bounds, or his energy and mind was somewhere else earlier (those girls indeed did a fantastic job). |
