Can you do any damage to Juniors in terms of progression by temp promoting them?.. I know motivation increases after the 72 hours and you can only do it twice per season. Cheers! |

I do not believe that there is any penalty in terms of long term progression/forecast for temporary promotion. There is certainly evidence[0] that early (permanent) promotion (before a junior is ready) will affect their long term progression/forecast.
