 This tutorial is based on a real test to see if promoting a junior before he is ready affects the players long term forecast and progression.

Assumption:
Forecast and progression are linked (this has been confirmed with other tests)

Test Begins:

This 25/16 IM subject will be promoted now (not temp promoted) before he is ready (no orange P).
You can see his forecast - 89



He was promoted and his morale dropped to 49 as predicted.

His morale was brought back to 99 with the help of the phsychologist.

His new forecast after his morale was returned to 99:



So result of test:

A drop of 12.4 % in forecast and progression is the price you pay for an early promotion.
