you can't bring in real life situation here.i'm a manunited fan.wayne has played the central midfield position this season with chicharito and welbek upfront and wayne played well.that corresponds to playing an om as a cf or lm as lim so there shouldn't be a big reduction in the motivation.for me i'll say for playing a game even out of position is enough motivation.antonio valencia is another good example.. +10 I aggree. Why a junior has 80% motivation for not playing compaired to 50% for playing even slightly out of position (LIM as a IM) for example dose not make sense. So even versatility means noting with juniors? |

This isnt real life :/ Sorry if you thought it was It's a game, but people seem to think they are an actual manager, hence trying to get you to understand with the real life example It's how it is, it won't change, so stop complaining and learn to deal with it  |
