Few of my youths motivation is low what is the best way to get this up? Is it just winning games that will get it up? |

When winning games: playing the junior in the right position =105-109% playing junior in yellow position = 50-55% playing junior in red position = 20-25% not playing junior = 80% When you lose a game I'm not totally sure but take some off the values above, never seen motivation below 20 before though ![]() |

No, what you should do is: Play the maximum of 5 mids in an advanced formation. Buy 6 other players for <10k each just to fill in so your team can play, then all non played are 80% motivation. Play your highest progression/forecast or rotate them ![]() |

Also you should check your junior formation every day, as I have noticed that my formation gets messed up for some reason randomly. So you should check it everyday to make sure it is fine and that all your players are in the green. |

Is this correct information cos it looks misleading. Are you 100% sure of your figures you posted? How is someone not playing higher then playing out of position? |

How would Wayne rooney feel if they put him in defense so they could play Owen up front? He'd rather be sitting out than getting destroyed by dzecko and aguero :/ | 19/01/2012 13:11 |
