im looking for a explenation on what trains what the best.
i found this one
https:// docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?authkey=CLLvuIgM&key=0Ag3bSA9Acp27dGFnZmhpenFrckxUV3NqNUplMVNqeXc&hl=es&authkey=CLLvuIgM#gid=0

(added a space betwen http and docs, just copy and past and fix the space)

but on that one its to many training options, i cant find them all inn the training section, so if anyone have something similar that have all the curent training options and what trains what the best i would be greatfull

All of the training spreadsheets out there are now obsolete.

There are some working to codify what they all do.

There are rumors of some who have most of it figured out, but that knowledge seems to be a competitive advantage right now, and does not appear to flow freely just yet.

You can probably get the gist of what each one does By running each and every training, and recording the results in something akin to a spreadsheet.

this too is old. it only seems to work for avg around 20 or so. hence it has been advised to ignore this sheet. it is nothing more that a guesstimate
