Thats the point. Its not a matter of winning or losing. Its not only unrealistic but also illogical. We have striker manager, ibasket manager and whats coming next... Conga Manager friends....!!! Honestly I think the offside should be revised if a improvement of the new simulator is pretended. |

I don't see how it is unrealistic. Any manager can put his players anywhere he want at his own risk. Offside trap is not as effective as before now since most people understand how it works. See this link below? It's a screenshot of my LW who got pass the offside trap. That attack led to a goal. Anyway I wouldn't mind admins adding more disadvantages to offside trap like giving an automatic red card to a "last defender" tackling a striker Edited by patient 09-01-2012 01:52 |

We have been through this before: http://uk.strikermanager.com/foros/hilo.php?id=269150&m=795373 Changes did seem to come and a difference could be seen, but it looks like its all back the way it was. |

well i think its free kick on rebs screen shot. i play mid-high offside close to center not in his half. i dont have anything aganst high offside trap teams but not being able to shot free kick is too stupid. most of my free kicks goes in out, they need to make some change when we shoot free kicks, player that takes free kick cant be in offside... i hate high offside line too but for now that the way it is... |

I've also adapted my tactics, I dont blame the manages who use this kind of defence. But you guys gave here a few examples about how aberrant this matter has become even with the changes. Edited by Balearik 10-01-2012 06:02 |

My first defeat this season are to lower average than mine. Now, I must use what are being used by others so that it will be fair for me and them. Everybody have their chances, so...use it. Personally, I think nothing need to be changed on the offside traps, just enough by adding little more tactic setting on attacking mids, Winger and CF to outcome the offside traps. |

They could have a least given us all a chance to change before implementing this. Usual lack of f**king communication. | 12/01/2012 17:54 |
