the manager supervises the coaching and can sometimes, if he wants, to intervene in the session and do the exercises with the players but isn't a coach. | 01/01/2012 18:22 |

@rebsiot said: You have to pay very close attention for a high coach. Constantly. For a week or more. In real life it can take weeks of interviews and vetting to hire a top quality coach or scout. lol, maybe because it's easier for ppl to understand. Being a manager means u manage several aspects of a business, above them there are only directors n CEO. I suppose that since football it's a sport, a manager can be called as a coach because he's coaching whatever happens bellow him. they are managers, if the team doesn't perform, they get sacked, not the coaches, they might follow or they might stay at the club. bellow a manager there are: assistant manager gk coach Technic coach tactic coach fitness coach attacking coach defending coach scouts physiotherapist psychologists as a manager u r expected to be able to perform any of the tasks above, n obviously on small teams, for budget reasons, the manager as to do all of them. have u ever played fm ? give it a try, it's very realistic. |

i like this game also, i was just explaining zaboer what's what. just because the game is not meant to be ultra-realistic, doesn't mean he has to be so hard to hire a 85%+ coach. |
